While most are gathering around the table for Thanksgiving, Pamela Anderson celebrated in a different way.
The
former Baywatch star served as maid of honor in the wedding of PETA
Vice President Dan Mathews and partner Jack Ryan in Las Vegas, Nevada on
Thursday.
The
47-year-old blonde bombshell witnessed her longtime friends say their
'I dos' under the Fabulous Las Vegas Sign where she was joined by rocker
Chrissie Hynde who was best man.

Pamela chose to wear all black for the happy occasion opting for a short sleeve buttoned up dress.
The
animal rights activist covered her eyes with a pair of oversized black
sunglasses as she stood next to Jack on the grassy lawn.
She finished her look with thigh-high stockings and strappy high heels.

According to the Las Vegas Sun,
Mathews and his partner of six years Ryan wed in a public ceremony
where fake casino chips were thrown in place of the traditional rice.
The
pair donned Western suits and unique bow ties for a one-of-a-kind
affair. 'We've been waiting for gay marriage to be legal in Las Vegas,'
said the PETA VP.
'So that we could have as tacky a wedding as any straights,' he continued in a news release.

Following
the ceremony, the newly married couple drove off in a 1969 Firebird
convertible with hanging beer cans and plastic flowers to drive to a
vegan style Thanksgiving dinner.
Pamela
traveled around the world with the grooms on several PETA missions over
the last 20 years while best man Chrissie also participated in various
protests in support of animal rights.
The
wife of Rick Solomon wished a happy vegan Thanksgiving to her thousands
of followers on Instagram and Facebook by sharing a nude photo of
herself with only a sunhat on her head.
