Ola Jordan 'devastated' after ski injury puts her out of action for NINE months... leaving her post-Strictly career in tatters

Professional dancer, Ola Jordan will be out of action for nine months after injuring herself while filming Channel 4 show The Jump.
The 32-year-old professional dancer suffered damage to her left leg and hip, leaving her on crutches, and according to the Sunday Mirror, she has now been told that it will be nine months before she is fighting fit again.
A source told the paper: 'It looked bad from the beginning but Ola hoped it looked worse than it was. But the professional advice has come back and the news is very disappointing. She's absolutely gutted as there were loads of things in the pipeline which will now have to be put on hold.'

It was previously claimed that Ola would leave the popular BBC One ballroom show in December after eight successful years following her husband James Jordan's decision to quit earlier this year.
A source shared: 'Ola leaving Strictly will come as a huge blow to the show.'
The newly-brunette beauty - who was accused of bullying her celebrity partner Steve Backshall before being voted out of the competition - is said to have been offered a big-money deal by Channel 4.
However, that was before her devastating injury.
Meanwhile, Ola reportedly angered BBC bosses after sustaining the injury while training for the show on a rival channel, leading choreographers to have to change the routine for the semi-final's group dance.

A source told the paper: 'This is not an ideal scenario on the eve of one of our biggest shows of the year.
'While naturally concerned for Ola's well-being, the producers are seething that she was hurt while training for a rival show.
'We just cannot understand what she was thinking, doing winter sports while Strictly is at such a crucial stage.'

A spokesperson for Channel 4 confirmed the news, saying: 'Unfortunately, due to injury, Ola is no longer able to take part.'
Other celebrities who are scheduled to appear in the sports-related series include Heather Mills, Sally Bercow and Mike Tindall.
Ola and Steve were voted off Strictly in November - although the Polish-born beauty was still involved in the show.

According to The Sun, 'It was a freak accident and nobody's fault,' a source said.
'But she fell heavily and the injuries are very serious. She definitely will not be taking part in Strictly group dances, nor The Jump in January.'
Last year's winner Joe McElderry had been drafted in following an injury among the competitors, in a show that led to numerous health woes.
Socialite Henry Conway broke a bone in his hand and Melinda Messenger withdrew as a result of concussion suffered on the bobsleigh track.
Two of the finalists, Sir Steve Redgrave and comedian Marcus Brigstocke, were also unable to complete the contest following injuries
'The injuries could leave her unable to dance at the same level ever again. She's in a bad way,' a source said
