He's the father of her two-year-old son, Angelo, but Adele and her partner Simon Konecki are reportedly no longer living together.
The Sun On Sunday reports that charity chief, Simon, 40, is back living at his bachelor pad and the pair have hardly seen one another in the past eight weeks.
A source told the paper: 'It isn't clear if they've officially split, but they are certainly not living together anymore.

'Simon is back at his bachelor pad. It doesn't bode well for the relationship.
'Adele spends time with her mum Penny and friends in London while Simon is nearly two hours and 60 miles away, [in Brighton].
The couple were a no-show at singer Elton John's wedding last week.

The lovely lady, 26, sent a very sweet note to the couple which apologised for her and her family's absence.
She wrote: 'Biggest congratulations my loves. Have a wonderful day. I'm sorry we are not there. See you in 2015. Love Adele, Simon and Angelo. x.'
Their last appearance together was at London hotspot the Chiltern Firehouse, but The Sun reports that the pair had an argument on the night.

A spokesperson for Adele declined to comment to MailOnline.
Meanwhile, Adele is said to be working on a pop-inspired album - and asked the likes of Phil Collins to send her over some ideas, although he told Q magazine that she didn't get back to him.
He said: 'She got hold of me and asked if I would write with her. She gave me a piece of music to finish and at first I didn’t know if I’d failed the audition as I didn’t hear back from her.'
