they saying goes, 'the heart wants what the heart wants', and that could
not be more true in the case of Kelly Brook and David McIntosh.
Reconciling
for what seems to be the umpteenth time, the on and off and on again
couple were seen grabbing a bite to eat in central London on Thursday
afternoon.
In
good spirits, the former Gladiator smiled broadly as he headed down the
street with the 35-year-old actress and model by his side.

Covering up, Kelly wore an Aztec print blanket shawl over her plunging jumpsuit as she rocked a pair of laser cut heels.
Not
dressing up for the lunch date, David donned a black hooded jumper with a
body-warmer, one of his signature low-cut vest tops, a pair of grey
Nike joggers and black trainers.
Once
inside the restaurant and clearly not making an effort to go
unnoticed, the pair seemed to be in deep conservation as they took to
seats by the venue's window.

Despite being spotted out with First Dates star Jess Impiazzi on Tuesday, David told The Sun's Dan Wootton that he and Kelly are an item once again.
McIntosh
has had a rocky relationship with Brook since meeting in January and
the couple have split numerous times since it was claimed he had cheated
on her earlier this year.
However,
despite leaving a party at London’s Drury Club with busty Jess and pal
Ricci Guarnaccio, the Celebrity Big Brother star insisted that he and
Kelly are 'madly in love'.

the weekend David's relationship with Kelly Brook looked promising
after he joined her and some friends to celebrate the model, presenter
and actress's 35th birthday.
Kelly
enjoyed a meal at Rules Restaurant, the oldest eatery in London, with
some pals on Saturday and McIntosh was among the invited few.
