Spinal surgery is a very serious procedure.
But Freddie Prinze Jr. has managed to keep smiling during his recovery.
The
actor has been learning to walk again over the past week and has been
documenting the process on Twitter, sharing cheerful photos despite a
neck brace and stitches.
Positively healing: Freddie Prinze Jr.
has been posing for selfies on Twitter and writing inspirational words
as he recovers from spinal surgery. He shared this snapshot on Friday
Along
with a grinning snap in the street on Monday, the Star Wars Rebels star
wrote: '#KeepItPlayful Learnin to walk again is like learning jiu-jitsu
- 1 technique at a time.'
And
the 38-year-old didn't stop there. On Friday, Freddie shared some more
encouraging words about recovering from the tough medical obstacle.
'Mental
training. Visualize your technique. Then when you're healthy, you don't
have to think anymore,' he tweeted alongside a photo of himself in the
gym.

Continuously in good spirits, Freddie shared a post-surgery selfie last week poking fun at his new look.
'Samurai,
Jedi, Gamers [of] all ages. I gots nuthin but love for you. Spine
surgery this morning but now ur homie is … Robo-Bro! Bionic pic inc,' he
wrote.
Besides
his own physical therapy for his injury, Freddie has surely been
getting support from his loving wife, Sarah Michelle Gellar.

The actor, who rose to fame in the 1990s, met his wife while filming I Know What You Did Last Summer in 1997.
The couple started dating in 2000 and married in September 2002, two months after their movie Scooby-Doo came out.
Freddie and Sarah are now the parents of five-year-old daughter Charlotte and two-year-old son Rocky.
