The snap see her resting her head on Sky Ferreira's legs in what appeared to be a polaroid snap of a piece of fan art.

Miley appeared bare chested and possibly without trousers resting her head on Sky's midriff, who was resting on the sofa with a pair of dark bottoms and pink shower slippers.

In late January, Miley was spotted vacationing with beau Patrick Schwarzenegger in Hawaii and frolicking in the ocean without a bathing suit top.
