They are two of the most beautiful women in the world so when Rihanna and Tyra Banks got together for an impromptu photoshoot, it was never going to be anything but a 'random act of fierceness'.
The 26-year-old singer and the 41-year-old supermodel caught up at the Daily Front Row Fashion Los Angeles Awards event on Thursday and used the opportunity to take some pictures.
Tyra, wearing a 'black girls rock' slogan T-shirt, captioned one image: 'Attention everybody: this is a #RandomActOfFierceness. No photo studio needed for @tyrabanks & @badgalriri. #RandomActOfFierceness.'

And Tyra, who fronts the successful reality TV series America's Next Top Model, clearly believes Rihanna has what it takes to make the move from pop to the catwalk.
She wrote: 'Posing last night with a model, oops, I mean a recording phenom. I sometimes forget she's not a model because her photo shoots are so beyond amazing. Love you much @badgalriri. Keep smizing for TyTy, boo!'
