So it's no surprise that Kourtney Kardashian is eager to find some time-saving strategies to shed those post-pregnancy pounds.
The reality star turned to her sister's favourite figure-honing gadget. the waist-trainer, as she revealed in an Instagram on Friday.

The 35-year-old can be seen in an all-black workout ensemble of stretchy long-sleeved top and leggings covering down to her ankles.
Her raven locks are swept over to the side and she appears to be wearing a hint of make-up.
Several months ago, Kourtney's sister Kim, 34, revealed her love of the 'tightlacing' practice with a selfie in mom Kris's foyer while wearing the contraption saying: 'I'm really obsessed with waist training!'

There's no doubt the KUWTK stars are huge fans of the contraption which is designed to whittle down wearers waistlines over time with prolonged usage.
Their younger sister Khloe, 30, is also known to be a fan of the corset, sharing a selfie of her tiny waistline earlier in 2014 saying: 'Who doesn't love to feel tight and right?!?'
Meanwhile, Kourtney - who shares three children with longtime partner Scott Disick - is said to be unhappy with her boyfriend's wild partying ways.
