Kim Kardashian and Kanye West 'demand YouTube founder Chad Hurley pay $6K for stalling trial on leaked engagement video'

They are rumoured to be tying the knot in Paris on May 24, but Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are still dealing with legal issues surrounding the proposal.

In October, the couple filed a suit against YouTube founder Chad Hurley over claims he illegally leaked video of their engagement on his site MixBit.
And now RadarOnline is reporting that the 33-year-old reality star and her rapper fiance, 36, have asked the judge to not only get the case moving, but also make Hurley pay more than $6,000 in legal fees for stalling.

According to the American gossip site, the couple claim that they are fed up with waiting and court documents they have filed read: 'Enough is enough!'

According to the pair's council, the YouTube founder has: 'refused to comply with every single discovery obligation in this case. When Plaintiffs served a deposition notice on defendants, they asked to have it rescheduled.'

Then Hurley's representation filed an anti-SLAPP motion against KimYe to have the case dismissed, delaying the deposition even more.
Hurley has also refused to sign off on the power couple's proposed exhibits of evidence in addition to allegedly refusing to turn over 124 documents related to the case which were requested by the rapper's attorneys.
In an email obtained by Radar, Kim and Kanye's attorney tells Hurley's lawyer, in regards to being served after the deadline passed: 'Even though your objections are impermissible because they are untimely as a matter of law.
'Quite apart from this fact the objections are not only without basis they are offensive.'
The attorney continued: 'You have objected to each and every document request.
'You have not produced a single document. … worst of all you have even objected to requests that seek material that is the subject of sworn testimony by your client, Chad Hurley, before the Court.'
Because of all the legal delays, KimYe's attorneys asked that the judge accept their exhibits as admitted, and 'that [Hurley] be ordered to pay [Kardashian and West's] fees and costs in the sum of $6,650.'
The American website also reported that both sides of the case have recently agreed to start trial on November 17.
