Kaley Cuoco has admitted she underwent breast augmentation surgery aged 18.
And in a new interview, 28-year-old Big Bang Theory actress told Cosmopolitan that getting implants was 'the best decision I ever made.'
The star had the surgery done while starring on the comedy show 8 Simple Rules back in 2004.

The bubbly blonde looked giddy with excitement as she posed for the publication, describing landing the cover of Cosmopolitan as a 'dream come true.'
She showed off the hard-earned results of her yoga and fitness classes in tiny denim shorts, making way for her toned and tanned pins to stand tall in black and white polka dot wedge sandals.
In one shot by photographer Eric Ray Davidson, Kaley flashed a black bra beneath a slinky white tank, while in another, her white bra was seen poking out of her black tube top, creating an element of edge for the comedic actress.
The sitcom star flashes her rock solid midriff in the cover photo itself, pulling a grey tank to the side and revealing her giant diamond engagement ring with her left hand strategically placed on her hip.
Her long blonde tresses were styled in messy beached-out waves for the playful shoot, revealing the actress in various states of happiness.
The star had plenty to say about her recent marriage to tennis pro Ryan Sweeting on December 31, 2013.
'I admit it happened fast, but that's who I am,' Kaley explained. 'When we met, I knew he was the one.'
And she also acknowledged the shock factor of her whirlwind romance, saying: 'Getting engaged so fast, I knew people were going to
think it was so ridiculous.'
Speaking about the wedding day itself, she gushed: 'I felt like a rock star and a badass. What was amazing in that room, it was so full of love. It was like nothing I’d ever been to before, and it was exactly what we wanted it to be.'
'It was the eighth wonder of the world,' she boldly declared. 'The greatest wedding of all time.'
On the topic of her ex-boyfriends,
the actress also spoke up about renewing her friendship
with Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki after the breakdown of their romantic relationship.
Kaley admitted that after the breakup, 'it took a minute, a bit of awkwardness.'
But that didn't last, apparently.
'By the grace of God, we became best buddies and moved on in such an elegant way,' she said of the actor responsible for portraying Leonard Hofstadter in the popular CBS series.
'He's one of my closest friends. He was in the front row of my wedding with a huge smile on his face,' she added.
Staying true to her signature style
of being an open book, Kaley admitted that she is 'obsessed' with
reading about herself on the internet.
She revealed that after she started paying attention to comments written about her, she thought: 'Maybe I need to make more of an effort and not go out in my UGGs and be disgusting.'
'So I started putting on make-up. And they started writing, "Wow, someone really likes being in front of the camera" and "Her hair's done now for coffee.''
'I couldn’t do anything right. Why am I reading this stuff?' she complained, before confessing: 'I’m obsessed. I openly admit to being totally insane about that.'

The actress who appears on the cover
of the May issue of the magazine, also spoke candidly about her brief
romance with Henry Cavill, her marriage to tennis ace Ryan Sweeting and
her renewed friendship with Big Bang co-star and former boyfriend Johnny
Galecki.
Her brief romance with Cavill last year garnered the star a slew of attention, which she called 'crazy.'
'I had no one following me until I met Superman' she told the magazine. 'I've been in this business for 20 years, and my whole life, I could go anywhere, do anything.
'There had not been one paparazzi photo of me until like seven months ago.'
