The 24-year-old couldn't have looked happier as he smooched several women during his night out, and was thrilled to have kisses lavished on him from his apparent admirers.
The TV star's flirtatious female companions seemed happy enough to dance up close with him and kiss him, with one even rolling around on the floor as the pair giggled.
He even pulled out some impressive dance moves, feeling the music and working it hard.
Bearded Ricky went for a casual look for his Friday night out, opting for skinny jeans and a long-sleeved black polo neck jumper.

But the rest of his party - all of whom appeared to be in a VIP area behind a rope - were a bit more glam, with one of his female pals wearing a pair of leather shorts with a matching crop top.
And it's clear he was having a whale of a time with the drinks flowing and the beautiful ladies in abundance, as he tweeted throughout the night before leaving a little worse for wear at 3am.
In the very small hours of the morning, he proclaimed on Twtitter: 'What a night at @ctznbar !!!!'
Over the festive period, Ricky - who joined The Only Way Is Essex in 2012 - has been letting his hair down in the wake of his break-up from his co-star Jessica.

Fans of the ITVBe reality saw the couple's romance collapse after Jess, 29, discovered he had tweeted other girls behind her back.
Following their split in November, he headed straight to Florida to lick his wounds alongside pals Mario Falcone and model Emma McVey.
Understandably downcast, he announced he would fly to Florida in order to think things through, saying: 'I can't wait to get away and spend time with my family, clear my head, let the dust settle and hopefully come back to Essex when I'm not hated anymore.'
And it seems he's feeling much better, telling Reveal magazine before Christmas that he's got his sights set rather high in regards his next girlfriend.
Speaking about who he would have liked to have seen under his Christmas tree, he said: 'I would like Adriana Lima to pop by but if she's not available, Liv Tyler or Kate Beckinsale would be just as good. I'm not fussy.'
