Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has made claims against her ex-partner Hefe Wine, according to court documents obtained by Radar Online.
The hit-maker, who is now 24, was just 17 when she first met Maurice Williams aka Hefe, then aged 33.
The documents claim that when the pair were dating Hefe became 'aggressive and possessive and made unwelcome sexual advances.'
Ex issues: Iggy Azalea has made new claims she was abused by her ex partner Hefe Wine, real name Maurice Williams, as a teenager
The way they were: Iggy dated her former manager Hefe Wine before she was famous and he alleges he has a sex tape of her
In the sworn statement obtained by Radar Online, Iggy refers to the abuse Maurice allegedly put her through.
'[Hefe's]
efforts to exploit the material he stole from me are an extremely
upsetting extension of the terrible abuse he inflicted on me when I was a
teenager,' she revealed.
The
hit maker continued by adding that she 'naively trusted' the self
proclaimed artist who became 'aggressive and possessive and made
unwelcome sexual advances.'
She
continued by adding she tried to leave the relationship, saying he
threatened to ruin her career with his 'industry contacts.'
Claims: In new court documents
obtained by Radar Online, the 24-year-old alleges Maurice became
'aggressive and possessive and made unwelcome sexual advances'
Theft: He also allegedly stole the entire contents of Iggy's computer which included her music
It
was then that Maurice allegedly told Iggy he had stolen the entire
contents of her computer, which included her music and 'threatened to
find' her and 'drag' her back to him.
The
Sydney born starlet added that the threat made her fearful for her
safety, prompting her to temporarily move back to Australia 'to get away
from him.'
Maurice
claims to have had a common law marriage with Iggy, but in court
records, the striking blonde claims he was already married when they
met.
Iggy, real
name Amethyst Amelia Kelly, is reportedly embroiled in a legal stoush
with her ex Maurice after he allegedly tried to sell her sex tape and
stole songs from her computer.
In July Maurice announced he was releasing an EP of songs which would 'shock the world.'
While
her ex boyfriend claims he has a release document authorising him to
use the material, Azalea says otherwise, alleging her signature is a
forgery - and the paper in question has actually been pasted together
from a legitimate contract she did sign.
Age gap: Iggy was just 17 when she first met Maurice who was then 33
