She's had the year from hell after losing her sister, Peaches - and now Fifi Geldof has revealed she is fighting a killer bug.
According to the Daily Star, the 31-year-old has been struck down with viral pneumonia and talked about her symptoms via her Instagram page.
'So it's not winter flu as I thought. I have f***** viral pneumonia. Winning at life. Wouldn't wish it on anyone...

'Dryly
coughing blood, bleeding sore ears, fever, shakes and aches, body
almost too weak to hold it's own weight, chest pain, shortness of
breath, loss of appetite.
'Fun times. Best bed company ever though.'
Bob Geldof's eldest daughter shared a photograph of herself looking unwell with her pet dog cosily by her side.

Fifi, who is engaged, was last pictured when she turned up to support her father Bob at the Band Aid 30 recording.
She recently spoke out about suffering from depression to the Mail On Sunday.
She
said: 'Depression is nothing to be ashamed of, it affects an awful
amount of people and yet there is still this ugly, shaming,
misunderstood stigma around it.
'With depression you can have everything in the world and nothing. It affects people of all walks of life.
‘When
it takes hold for a couple of days it wipes you out. There have been
occasions where I have been unable to get out of bed, unable to shower
and to eat.
'You exist in this gloomy shell of a person. But you learn how to deal with it.’
