They married in a lavish Great Gatsby themed wedding in New Jersey over the weekend.
And
it's been revealed that Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi and new husband Jionni
LaValle had no prenuptial agreement in place when they tied the knot.
According to TMZ a
source said that it was 27-year-old MTV favorite who didn't want a
contract, even though she was advised to get something in writing.

The
reality star has earned herself several millions through her reality TV
shows, clothing and tanning product lines making it reasonable to
assume she's the breadwinner of the couple.
And
without a prenup in place the pint-sized TV star will be dependent on
New Jersey divorce courts - if their relationship goes awry - to divvy
up the assets.
Meanwhile,
after partying the night away with guests at the Venetian banquet hall
on Saturday night, Snooki, now named Nicole LaValle on her Twitter page,
announced that she was feeling a little worse for wear.
Worse for wear: Snooki and Jionni were
so hungover after their wedding reception on Saturday night that the
couple dined on McDonald's and watched Walking Dead. The couple are

The
reality star announced: 'Hungover with my husband (That will not get
old), getting mcdonalds and being slobs together. Waiting for walking

Later
in the day the former Jersey Shore star gushed over her wedding bands,
sharing a snap of her hand placed over her new spouses to show-off the
glitzy pieces of jewelry.
She said: 'Thank you bandbjewelry for our gorgeous wedding rings we couldn't be happier!!'
Snooki
married her beau, who is father of her two kids, in front of 500 guests
at the St. Rose of Lima in New Jersey and the couple had their children
Lorenzo, two, and Giovanna, two months, playing key roles in the
ceremony.

castmates Deena and Sammi Giancola acted as bridesmaids and were seen
leaving the St. Rose of Lima church after the ceremony on Saturday
Inside
pictures from the church show the besotted couple kissing after saying
their vows with Jionni sporting a black tuxedo and white shirt.
A Gatsby themed reception, complete with a cigar and scotch bar followed the ceremony at the nearby Venetian in Garfield.
Most
of her fellow Jersey Shore alumni were guests at her wedding with Jenni
'JWoww' Farley, Deena Cortese and Sammi 'Sweatheart' Giancola acting as
bridesmaids in black strapless black fishtail gowns.
Happy family: Snooki and Jionni are
parents to two-year-old Lorenzo and two-month-old Giovanna. The couple
got engaged in March 2012
