Keeping it in the family! Lady Gaga gives her dad financial control of her $24 million Malibu mansion



She's in charge of her music and her fashion, but when it comes to financial matters, Lady Gaga has turned to the one person she trusts the most, her dad.
TMZ reports that the 28-year-old has given her father Joseph Germanotta, power of attorney over her six-acre $24 million Malibu estate.
The star bought the property in October.

And now that he's in charge, he can lease, sell, or take out loans on the property, as long as it's in his daughter's best interest.  
Lady Gaga recently revealed on Howard Stern that she asks her dad for advice on her financial transactions because she trusts him more than anyone else and because his advice is free.
The sprawling estate features ocean views, luxury furnishings and details and boasts five bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, his and her walk-in closets, a pool, gym, wine cellar, a custom safe room, bowling alley, bocce ball court and an eight-horse stable.

And now with her financial affairs in order, the superstar can feel free to focus all her energy on her career.
The singer has been on a promotional blitz for her new jazz album Cheek To Cheek with Tony Bennett and collaboration for H&M.
And all of their hard work has paid off as the album has received a Grammy nomination.

Last week, the outrageous songwriter, who already has five Grammys under her belt, performed with Tony Bennett at Rockefeller Centre, NY, in a stunning white gown that was cut to the navel.
And she didn't stop there. The performer continued playing up for the cameras with a whopping 16 outfit changes.
