They
may be more likely to be seen on the party circuit but Michelle
Rodriguez and AnnaLynne McCord took a break from Hollywood on Tuesday
and made a lot of people smile while doing so.
The
two actress - along with some other celebrities - joined together to
help some sick kids at Los Angeles' Children's Hospital.
The group stopped by to lend the artistic talents to create artwork for the upcoming Noble Awards.
Helping

However,
it was hard to tell how was more excited, with both AnnaLynne and
Michelle looking like they were having a blast getting to know the
children.
Michelle really tried her best to help some of the patients forget that they were in hospital for just a moment.
The
36-year-old dressed to get a giggle, wearing one of her favourite looks
- a SpongeBob SquarePants beanie and matching sweater.

The Fast And Furious star and one young girl in particular became fast friends as they decorated a red box for the awards.
While Michelle did have to wear a hospital gown and a face mask, she still chatted away and had her new friend laughing.
The actress joked around in her sterile suit, animatedly waving her gloved hands around.

AnnaLynne
meanwhile, is obviously not much of an artist but does have her own
creative talent in addition to acting - playing the piano.
The 27-year-old tinkered away on the ivories much to the delight of other patients.
Her confidence was pretty impressive considering joining her at the piano was classic pianist Chloe Flower.

The 90210 actress did not go for as comical look as Michelle, preferring to wear something a bit more subtle.

The Noble Awards are an annual ceremony to honour the work of humanitarians for their positive impact on the world.
Each
year, ten Noble Awards are handed out to celebrities and entertainment
executives with previous recipients including Morgan Freeman, Babyface,
Billy Bush, Teri Hatcher and Brett Ratner.
