Success! The World Superbike champion was by far the most well-deserving winner of the show
Good man: Foggy was a proud winner on the ITV reality show competition in Australia
Speaking about his time in the jungle, he told Ant and Dec that having friendly campmates made all the difference.
'Nobody
thought they were up themselves and everybody was lovely. Ten really
nice people - and I'm not a people person. Everyone was easy-going.'
Speaking
specifically of his 'bromance' with Jimmy, he said: 'I got very
emotional when he left. He was my best mate in there and I was gutted
when he left. I thought he was a dead cert to stay in, so I fell apart
like a cheap watch with the shock.'
'That was a tough morning'.

Good friends: Speaking about his time in the jungle, he told Ant and Dec that having friendly campmates made all the difference
Meanwhile, a defeated Jake was a gracious runner-up.
'I
couldn't have won to a better man - he is Crocodile Dundee. he's a
legend,' he said, before Westlife singer Kian Egan - who won the show,
last year - performed a casual crowning ceremony.
At that point Foggy broke down in tears, much to the pride of his fellow contestants who were looking on.
Congratulations! Ant and Dec were clearly delighted that Foggy won the show, this year
Jake then added that he was simply delighted to be part of the action.
'I
can't get my head around what's happened. I came off X factor and then
ended up on here - people have voted for me more on here than on X
factor.
'It
all happened in four days so I didn't have time to think about it. It
really was the best time of my life. I'm a nobody - I'm amazed I'm in
the show because I'm not a celebrity'.
Gracious: 'I couldn't have won to a better man - he is Crocodile Dundee. he's a legend,' said Jake
Flirtatious by nature: Jake was a good runner-up and was grateful for his opportunity on the programme
Speaking
about the women, Jake said: 'I'm naturally very flirty, but I didn't go
into the jungle looking for love - but, to be honest, Edwina was my
favourite. She's full-on spice'.
'I love it that people picked up the phone to keep me in here - they didn't do that with my singing, so that meant alot.
Earlier in the evening Melanie Sykes became the first finalist to be voted off the show's finale.
She's outta here! Melanie Sykes has become the first finalist to be voted off I'm A Celebrity
Speaking to Ant and Dec in a post-departure interview, she reflected on her time in the competition.
'If I'm honest I'm a bit gutted I'm not in the final because I was so close to it, but I had an absolute ball.
'It
was better than I expected. I thought it would be more hellish and I
wasn't sure I'd last, but it exceeded my expectations and I made some
great friends.'
Sad: 'If I'm honest I'm a bit gutted I'm not in the final because I was so close to it, but I had an absolute ball.'
Final
three: The news means that boy power will rule the outback, this year -
with either Foggy or Jake Quickenden being crowned King of the Jungle
Speaking about her myriad Bushtucker Trials, she proved her commitment to conquering her fears.
'As
soon as I started the trials I wanted to leave, but I couldn't when
Jimmy did first - so i knew I had to start. I was silly cow sometimes.'
'I
never once said: I'm chef, but people constantly told me how to cook. I
wanted to blow my top so many times. For years I haven't been able to
control my temper and count to ten, but I managed to do it in here.'
See ya! The Manchester-born performer admitted she was sad to have missed the final stage of the show
She also specified how she became very close to the men in the team.
'I
really missed Jimmy and I had some tears over the men who left. That
said, I really want Foggy to win. Jake's got time to develop his career,
but it's Foggy who's been in there with me the longest.
'It's Foggy for me.'
Foggy,
who has an MBE, is the most successful World Superbike racer of all
time in terms of the number of championships and number of race wins.
He was appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire in the 1998 New Year Honours.
Disgusting: Foggy's final Bushtucker Trial was perhaps the worst - and involved eating ostrich anus
