One Direction couldn't appear at Red Nose Day's live telethon so they luckily they had No Direction to fill in.
The
mature boyband was made up of comedians Jack Dee, Nick Helm, Patrick
Kielty, Vic Reeves and Johnny Vegas who took the performance at the
London Palladium very seriously.
Dressed up as each member of 1D the funnymen really tried to make their rendition of Best Song Ever, the best song ever.

Jack
played Louis Tomlinson, Nick became Zayn Malik, Patrick was his
fellow countryman Niall Horan, Vic took on Harry Styles and Johnny
transformed into Liam Payne.
The gents donned wigs and a lot of denim for the performance broadcast live on BBC One.
One
Direction introduced the band via a pre-recorded video and soon enough
one Johnny Vegas was trending on Twitter for his heartfelt vocals.

1D announced on Wednesday via Twitter who would be impersonating them in the tribute band for Comic Relief - Face the Funny.
'I'm
most looking forward to expressing myself through the medium of dance
and music, and seeing the audience in a state of absolute astonishment
at what we do,' said Dee.
One Direction are currently on their On The Road Again World Tour having recently played in Singapore.

Though Louis and Zayn reportedly may be drug-tested ahead of their upcoming appearances in the Phillipines.
