How times have changed. While just a few years ago the sight of a semi-naked Pierce Brosnan would have had bikini-clad women falling over themselves to catch a glimpse, the former 007's presence off the coast of Hawaii barely caused a ripple over the weekend.

Two women frolicking in the water nearby seemed more interested in snapping a photo of themselves than the 61-year-old actor, who stepped away from the James Bond franchise in 2002.

No doubt Brosnan's successor, Daniel Craig, is already dreaming of post-Bond anonymity. He is said to be desperate to quit his role as the international man of mystery.

When Fifty Shades Of Grey director Sam Taylor-Johnson confirmed she won't be at the helm for the erotic film's sequels, many assumed she was turning her back on Hollywood.

Interesting to learn, then, that she and actor hubby Aaron Johnson have decided to put their London pad up for sale. 

The six-bedroom, stucco house in Primrose Hill, for which she paid £11 million in 2008, is on the market with Knight Frank for £14 million.

The pair tried to sell it in 2013 for £15.5 million, when they were keen to buy a nearby property that was snapped up by Italian fashion magnate Stefano Gabbana.

Just a fortnight ago Gabbana annoyed neighbours with building noise. His house later went up in flames.

Sam's home was also the scene of excitement when armed police visited after a passer-by spotted an assault rifle through a window. It emerged the deactivated M16 was given to S. T-J for an art project.
