Holly Willoughby displays her post-baby body in fashion-forward LBD with extreme embellishments at the BRIT Awards 2015

She gave birth to her third child just over five months ago.

And Holly Willoughby certainly didn't look to be hiding her post-baby body as she arrived at the BRIT Awards on Wednesday evening, at London's O2 Arena, instead showing it off to full effect in a spectacular ensemble.

The stunning TV star, 34, cut an incredible figure as she posed on the red carpet, showing off her shapely curves in the eye-catching dress.

Looking more fashion forward than normal, Holly posed this way and that to flaunt her fabulous little black dress by Alice + Olivia, that was extensively decorated with jewelled embellishments across the high neckline and A-line skirt.

The well-cut garment - complete with a large cut-out on the back - was cinched-in at her slender waistline, and the flowing knee-length skirt only served to highlight her slimmed-down hourglass frame.

Her stunning black dress also included lace cap sleeves and a matching frilly trim across the bottom, and was finished off with red and white tassels in neat lines across her thighs.

Flaunting her slim and toned legs, Holly teamed her intricate gown with a pair of simple pointed black court shoes, while adding few other accessories thanks to the heavily decorated dress.

The blonde beauty - who has just been revealed as one of those in the running for Celebrity Mum Of The Year - wore her long locks in an elegant chignon style, with loose, curled tendrils of hair framing her face.

And, as it's the biggest night of the year in the British music calendar, the Celebrity Juice and This Morning star rocked a heavy, smoky eye and peachy pink lips for her make-up look.

The fun-loving star attended the event with her sister Kelly, and the two siblings had shared pictures on Twitter before rocking up to the red carpet, sipping from a bottle of bubbly on their way to the awards, along with Holly's publicist.
