Danniella Westbrook has launched a furious Twitter tirade against toyboy boyfriend Tom Richards after discovering messages to another woman on his mobile phone.

The former soap star, currently in therapy following a turbulent 18-months, shamed the cage fighter with a series of tweets posted to her 124,000 followers on Friday.

‘Once a cheat always a cheat!! Thanks Tom for being a cheating money hungry fame hungry 2 bob Mug!’ she wrote.

Ouch: The former soap star, currently in therapy f ollowing a turbulent 18-months, shamed the cage fighter with a series of tweets posted to her 124,000 followers on Friday

The message came with a damning screen shot from Tom’s phone featuring a partial conversation with a mystery woman.

Referencing Tom’s imminent bout, she later added: ‘I seriously hope the guy that’s fighting @OfficialTomRich this week end beats the c**p out of him 4 me. Cheating Scum bag.’

The 41-year-old also retweeted a series of messages from furious supporters, with one ranting: ‘@westbrookdanni @OfficialTomRich Tom you should be ashamed of yourself. All your disgusting tweets & lies are an embarrassment.’

Tough times: n December, Danniella - who has 18-year-old son Kai and 13-year-old daughter Jody - was reported to be house-hunting with Tom, who is 16-years her junior, in one of Britain's cheapest areas, Walton in Liverpool 

The cage fighter, whose tweets are protected, later denied any wrongdoing insisting his phone had been hacked.

He wrote:: ‘Jealous t**t has had my Twitter 4 months and msgn people thanks for your attempts to f**k me n @westbrookdanni up but no good! Geta hobby [sic].

‘Wow we have discovered some idiot still has my Twitter account n trys playing games! Me and @westbrookdanni just laugh n wave at these idiots [sic].

‘There is only one woman in my and always will be… @westbrookdanni xx you know the truth.’ 

On-off romance: Danniella started dating Tom following the break-up of her 12-year marriage to businessman Kevin Jenkins in 2013

Danniella began playing Samantha Mitchell in the BBC One soap in 1990 but was later dismissed due to her highly-publicised struggle with cocaine.

In December, Danniella - who has 18-year-old son Kai and 13-year-old daughter Jody - was reported to be house-hunting with Tom, who is 16-years her junior, in one of Britain's cheapest areas, Walton in Liverpool.

A friend of the star said: 'Danniella loves Liverpool, she thinks the people are really friendly to her and genuine.

'She has lived in the city when working on Hollyoaks and feels a move might be good for her.'

She started dating Tom following the break-up of her 12-year marriage to businessman Kevin Jenkins in 2013.
