She's been enjoying a spot of sunshine in Miami and no doubt former TOWIE star, Lucy Mecklenburgh wanted to pick up a new skill while she was there.
The 22-year-old indulged in a paddle-boarding session ahead of her flight back home to the UK.
In fact, she had such a blast that she took to Twitter to tell her 1.39million followers: 'Loved Paddle Boarding... Now home time I'm going to miss u Miami.' [sic]

She looked quite the professional as she managed to stand up on the paddle-board and glide across the water.
The pretty brunette flew to America recently with her personal trainer, Cecilia Harris, who has been helping her to shape up for some time now.
