Is that really you, Kourtney? Ms Kardashian is unrecognizable as she shares makeup-free selfie from BED (and, yes, Scott Disick is absent)

The Kardashian women are known for piling on the makeup, and Kourtney is no different.

So it was a shock to see her completely barefaced in a selfie she shared on Instagram on Thursday night.

Gone from the face of the 35-year-old mother-of-three were her fiercely arched eyebrows, long lashes and made-up pout. In fact, the E! queen looked like a completely different person.

Also absent was her partner of eight years Scott Disick, who checked into rehab in Costa Rica for only four days last week and has since been seen at nightclubs.

The two have not been seen together much lately as he continues to host club appearances even though there have been several reports that he has been spotted drunk and disheveled.

Lord Disick's next appearance is Friday at 1Oak in Las Vegas. 

But the 31-year-old reality wild child has still been posting alluring images of his baby mama, suggesting they do not have a rift.

In one she is wearing a bikini, in another she is glammed up for a night out. 

In Kourtney's Thursday selfie, the college graduate is in bed.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was leaning on white sheets and wearing polka dotted pajamas.
