The 41-year-old completed his epic challenge in aid of Red Nose Day, at 7.20pm on Friday after showing off his moves outside BBC Broadcasting House in London for his Day of Dance.
The X Factor presenter fought tiredness and pain to boogie his way to the finish life with help from celebrity pals along the way.

Dermot kicked off his challenge at 7:20pm last night and danced non-stop without any sleep until 7:20pm tonight during the BBC's Red Nose Day live coverage.
He was only allowed breaks to go to the toilet, while former Olympian Greg Whyte oversaw the monumental, physical challenge.
The TV presenter, whose dance experience up until now amounted to some fancy spins on the X Factor, kicked things off last night by dancing along to a live performance from Clean Bandit.
