He’s
been enjoying leisurely stays in Abu Dhabi and Dubai over recent weeks,
but after soaking up the very best the Arab playground has to offer
Calum Best was in no mood for rest and recuperation on Thursday morning.
The
son of footballing legend George Best recently returned from the UAE,
where he enjoyed a scenic beach break with stunning girlfriend Ianthe
Rose Cochrane-Stack.
And
having barely unpacked his suitcase hunky Calum was back in the fitness
studio, from where he displayed his impressively contoured upper-body
while working off some invisible weight gain in a new Instagram snap.

muscular upper body in a new Instagram shot posted on Thursday a she
attempts to work off his recent holiday excesses
Sharing
the shot with his 150,000 followers, the 34-year-old revealed chiseled
pectorals and prominent lattisimus dorsi muscles while standing with his
bulky arms held high above his head.
Also
evident are his numerous tattoos, as well as the golden tan he picked up
during his first holiday since appearing on Channel 5 show Celebrity
Big Brother in January.

the snap he referred to his recent beach front excesses, writing:

His
latest shot comes a week after he documented his final day in the UAE
with a peep of his surroundings - and tan - as he savoured the last
hours of his luxury getaway.
Beside
a shot of himself lying on his stomach wearing just navy Calvin Klein
underwear, the erstwhile Celebrity Big Brother contestant wrote:
'Morning, last day in paradise.'
But
among the pile of shirtless shots was a romantic Instagram photograph
of Calum and Ianthe - fully dressed - as they enjoyed a meal at Emirates
Palace.
Throughout
his vacation, Calum, 34, has been treating his social media followers
to an array of snaps, and on Tuesday, he shared a selfie in which he is
found tanning his body while reclining on a sun-lounger.
