“A total of 17,935 candidates passed the screening test with a minimum score of 40 per cent. Student is caught watching porn during lecture when he forgets to plug in his headphones (photos)

A video has emerged of the awkward - and hilarious - moment a student is caught watching porn during a lecture because he forgot to plug his earphones in. The student (I circled him) had been sitting quietly in a lecture at Sydney's University of NSW with his headphones on while he tapped away at his laptop.
But while the lecturer is explaining his PowerPoint slides in front of hundreds of students, erotic noises suddenly fill the room.

Sounds of amorous gasps and screams from the porn film echo through the lecture hall while the students erupt in laughter.

Meanwhile, the man on the laptop appears totally unaware as to why the others are laughing.

Finally, he catches on, and starts tracing the chord on his headphones back to the laptop - at which point he receives another huge laugh.

He attempts to plug the earphones into the machine a couple of times before slamming the computer shut and storming out of the lecture hall, visibly stunned and embarrassed by his clumsy ordeal.

Photos: Madonna University builds longest/largest exams hall in Nigeria

So Madonna University has built what they claim is the longest and possibly the largest exams hall in Nigeria. The hall is called 'Edeh's Ark', named after the school chancellor's name; Rev. Emmanuel Matthew Paul Edeh and I got some exclusive photos
"The idea is that several exams will hold at the same time. If you are to write an exam in this hall, OYO is your case as students from different levels are made to sit side-by-side" a student of the school told LIB. See more photos after the cut...

WAEC threatens to withhold results of students in 19 states over N4bn debt

The West Africa Examinations Council, WAEC has threatened to withhold the results of students in 19 states that sat for the May/June 2015 WASSCE over nonpayment of candidates’ registration fees by their state governments.

Different state Governments had pledged to pay the WAEC fees of their state residents as part of their education policy but have so far failed to do so.

The Head of National Office WAEC, Mr Charles Eguridu made the threat at a press conference today July 27th. He said the state governments are indebted to WAEC to the tune of N4 billion.
“The affected states should off-set the registration fees of their candidates as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee that the results of their candidates for the May/June 2015 WASSCE will be released alongside others. Many of the states of the federation, as part of their education policy, pay the registration fees of candidates for the WASSCE, particularly in the public schools. This is quite commendable as it afforded many indigent students the opportunity to sit for our examinations and relieved many poor parents of this financial burden. As I speak to you now, we are cash-strapped as a result of the delay in off-setting the registration fees owed the Council by some states. As a result, we are finding it difficult in meeting our financial obligations, particularly to our supervisors, examiners and service providers. We have written to the affected states governments without any response. The poor response is threatening the smooth operations of the Council.”he said

See the open letter a man wrote to the wife of the Vice President of Ghana

The man wrote this following the Vice-President's wife's tirade. Read what the woman said after the cut to understand this letter..

The headmistress of a Primary School in Ghana, Juliet Oppong, complained about short supplies of chalk, registers, exercise books, note books, pencils and other materials to the wife of the Vice-President,Matilda Amissah-Arthur at the presentation of five computers to the school
“The elderly say if you want to communicate something to God, you say it to the wind. We are therefore requesting of you to tell government to try and come to our aid with these things which are in short supply in the school." Mrs. Oppong pleaded.

To the shock of everyone present, the Vice-president's wife went into a tirade. She thoroughly insulted the Headmistress, saying.

"I won’t give you the chalk; I won’t give you the chalk today or tomorrow. Your teachers and PTA should go and buy it. The head teacher has disappointed me. So if government has supplied school uniforms and they are not enough, can’t you find ways to acquire some? Please go and find other ways to supplement. It will even be embarrassing for me to go back to Accra and tell them the headmistress of Kukurantumi says they don’t have enough chalk so we should bring her chalk. Please, I can’t go and say this anywhere because they will even laugh at me. So I can’t go and say it.” she said

I refuse to pass my judgement, knowing fully well how much Nigerians are hated all over Africa.
I take this information with a pinch of salt because, I am a living witness of what Nigerians pass through just to be accepted by these African countries.

Na wao for Nigerians! They want to export the cultism obtainable in Nigerian Higher Institutions to Kenya! Is that what their parents sent them to do?!

Nigerians can show themselves anywhere the find themselves! If the Kenyans start meting out ill treatment to them, they will start complaining of xenophobia!...... I was shaking my head when someone who travelled to China was narrating to me how Nigerians misbehave there! They openly drink and smoke and do drugs 24hrs! They fight and scuffle with police officers! One or two Chinese police officers cannot arrest a Nigerian because Chinese police are usually smallish! For this reason, if they want to arrest a Nigerian, they come in battalion!
