Sophie Monk is really ready to shine at this year's Mardi Gras.
The radio star shared a picture of herself at a dress fitting on Friday ahead of Oxford Street's famous Saturday parade.
The particular piece she was trying on was a turquoise blue sequinned dress with see-through straps - hash tagged #2gayfm.

But she wasn’t the only one getting into the spirit of Mardi Gras, as Jules Lund proudly showed off his costume for the weekend.
Lund plans to rock a Superman-esque costume, but one without the giant S and which shows A LOT more skin.

She told her 2dayFM co-hosts on Thursday a story from years ago of her being on a flight to Iraq with her band Bardot to sing for the Australian troops stationed there.
She narrowly avoided calamity when the air-ship dodged a MORTAR missile, and she says that one of the first things that ran through her mind was 'I should have spent my money on a boob job.'
And though she never ended up undergoing the procedure, Sophie has previously said she's had surgery 'everywhere'.
