the Greenwich Hotel once she stepped outside of her car.

aided her as she dashed out of her car and in the direction of her
hotel.

Previously, Derek was seen exiting a local Japanese restaurant in New York's East Village following a lunch date with Kate.

genetically-blessed duo are said to have formed a close bond when Derek
gave Kate dancing lessons last year, and it was claimed that they
became more than just friends.
